No longer home owners!

It is finally official! We sold our house and the closing was yesterday (Friday) morning. One of the funny things about closing on your home when you are on the other side of the world is the time difference. We had given power of attorney to someone in Indy (because we were NOT flying back to Indy for it). But even though there was someone signing for us, we needed to be up and available in case they had any questions. Since the closing began at 11 AM EST (which is 11 PM for us), we had a late night! But it is done! Hooray! We are no longer home owners!! (I know that you can't see it, but Andy I are doing victory dances right now!)

    Congrats on no longer being home owners anymore! I'm hoping your victory dance wears off on us... we close on the new house on Tuesday, then comes listing this one. The neighborhood will definitely be changing!
