WE HAVE AN OFFER!!

We finally have an offer! Woo-hoo! There are still some things to be negotiated and nothing is definite yet, but I am just rejoicing at an OFFER. The truly sad thing is that by the time we paid for all the repairs on the house, if the offer goes through, we will just about break even. [sigh] I think that we will be glad just to be rid of our house. :-) ....Can I mention again that Andy never wants to own a house again?!

    Well, I am now not holding my breath. Our realtor called and told us their financing might not go through. [sigh] At least someone wanted it enough to offer! Though it will be a HUGE relief when it sells.
