This was our first Christmas that we didn't spend with family in the States. While we missed everyone, we thought it would be fun to open gifts via Skype and webcams. We scheduled times with our families and then gathered around. While it was not like being there, it was a really cool thing that made us feel more connected. Isn't technology grand?
